We have been muscle car enthusiasts for many years. Like you, we have attended and participated in several clubs and many events. Unfortunately, they were usually geared for one manufacturer or model, and didn’t offer a glimpse of the total muscle car spectrum.

The American Muscle Car Association is a place where ALL muscle car enthusiasts are able to gather and be a part of the "One Voice" of the hobby. One voice comprised of thousands of individuals to help fight clunker laws, and needless legislation that threatens our hobby. One place where ALL clubs and individuals can enjoy access to publications, events, links, classified advertisements, or restoration and performance tips for their favorite American Muscle Car of the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s.

We realize that by most opinions, the muscle car era did not start until 1964 with the introduction of the Pontiac GTO. Many other powerful, factory produced cars followed until the mandates of emission controls put a damper on horsepower. We also think it would be a terrible oversight to exclude the great cars of the ‘50s and early ‘60s. Many of these cars were the forefathers of the Muscle Car era, with stock car racing entering its heyday. Automotive engineers were just scratching the surface of performance improvements that would lead to the neck-snapping horsepower we’ve come to know and love.

So, whether your into full size muscle, intermediate/mid size muscle, pony class muscle cars, or just a fan of all the great cars from that era, come and join us at the American Muscle Car Association, and be a part of the movement to protect, preserve, and display the great and powerful cars we have come to know as …..

THE GREAT AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR!!!!!
